Louise Williams

Louise provides Owner Rep, Project & Cost Management services for construction projects in Southern California and elsewhere. 

She is a professional with 12 years of experience in development and construction, working with major general contractors and developers on a variety of large residential and commercial projects in Florida and California, as well outside the US in Brazil, the Caribbean, Colombia and Peru. She has worked many years in pre-construction/ estimating departments, as well as in cost and project management for projects including many types of buildings (offices, restaurants, hotels, residential, etc), with budget of $10M up to several hundreds millions.
